Work with your Residents to build a strong City! Plan your City is a milestone-based event occurring multiple times during early state weeks. Players earn points by increasing power through construction, research, or both.
Requirements
- Completion Target
- Raise 60,000 power through construction and research combined to claim all rewards
Rewards
- Milestone Rewards: Four tiers unlocked at 60,000 points (gems, skill manuals, resources, speedups, hero XP).
- Leaderboard Rewards: Top 100 chiefs in state ranked by points receive additional gems and speedups.
