Truegold (T11) and Tempered Truegold (T12) are the highest troop tiers in Kingshot. Upgrading requires significant Truegold Ore investment. Use this calculator to plan your progression path and understand the time commitment.

Choose whether you are upgrading to T11 (Truegold) or T12 (Tempered Truegold), and select the troop type — Infantry, Cavalry, or Marksmen. Infantry should always be upgraded first as it provides the highest survivability multiplier for both PvP and PvE content.
Input your current stockpile from your resource inventory. The calculator will show how many additional units you can upgrade immediately versus how many weeks of income you need to complete your goal.
Truegold Ore comes from Mystic Trial rewards, event milestone chests, and alliance shop purchases. Average active players earn roughly 200–400 Ore per week. Enter your realistic weekly income based on your activity level.
The calculator outputs a week-by-week plan showing when you can complete each upgrade batch. Use this to align your training with Training Events for bonus event points — never train Truegold troops outside of a training event.
For most players, going deep on Infantry to T12 is better before upgrading other types to T11. One fully upgraded troop type with max HP and defense dramatically reduces losses in Bear Hunt and PvP compared to a mixed T11 army.
T12 requires approximately 2x the Truegold Ore per unit compared to T11. The Gold cost also increases significantly. Plan for a minimum of 3–4 months of dedicated Ore saving to upgrade a full T12 Infantry march from scratch.
Push higher Mystic Trial stages for better weekly chest rewards, complete Ore-specific event milestones, and purchase Ore bundles from the Alliance Shop with saved tokens. Higher VIP levels also unlock additional Ore sources in the VIP Shop.
Always save Ore until a Training Event is active, then train in bulk. Training during events earns bonus event points worth significantly more than the time advantage of training immediately. This is the single biggest efficiency multiplier for Truegold upgrades.
