Kingshot Anniversary Festival Strategy: How to Maximize Rewards (March 2026)
Event runs: March 17โ23, 2026 (some activities until March 24). Requires Town Center Level 6+. This guide assumes you're playing actively but not spending heavily โ adjust accordingly if you're a spender.
Eight events running at the same time sounds great until you're juggling cooking submissions, beast hunts, daily logins, and alliance coordination while trying to actually play the game. Here's how to cut through the noise and focus on what actually matters for your account.
The Only Reward Worth Fighting For
Before getting into strategy, you need to know what's actually worth your effort: the [Starry Expanse] Town Skin.
It's permanent, it's exclusive to this anniversary, and it only goes to the top 10 Governors in the Night's Feast personal point rankings. That's it. Top 10 kingdom-wide. This isn't a milestone you grind at your own pace โ you're competing directly against every active player in your kingdom.
If you're in a large active kingdom with multiple maxed accounts, be realistic about whether a top-10 finish is achievable. If you're in a smaller or mid-tier kingdom, this might genuinely be within reach.
Everything else in the festival is either milestone-based (you hit a threshold and collect) or alliance-based (your group clears it together). Those are low-pressure. The skin is the only competitive piece.
Event Priority: Where to Put Your Energy
Priority 1 โ Kingdom's Gift (Daily Login) Log in every single day. Prize Vouchers are free and the 1,000 surprise gift draws require registration โ don't skip this step. Takes 30 seconds. No excuse to miss it.
Priority 2 โ Kingdom Bites This one rewards you for doing things you're already doing: gathering, beast hunting, using speedups, spending gems. Don't change your routine around it โ just make sure you're active and you'll accumulate rewards passively.
Priority 3 โ Blooming Anthem Check the task list on Day 1 and see how many you can realistically complete by the end. The Festive Reliquary reward for full completion is worth it if the tasks align with your normal play. Don't grind tasks that waste resources just to finish the checklist.
Priority 4 โ Night's Feast (if your kingdom is small) If top 10 is realistic, commit early. Daily Specials give extra points โ check what those are in-game and build your cooking sessions around them. Alliance ingredient gifting helps, so coordinate with your R4/R5.
Skip or low effort โ Banquet of Honor paid unlocks The extra rewards require spending. The free portion is fine to participate in, but don't stress the premium tier.
Alliance Coordination: What Actually Needs Teamwork
Two events benefit from alliance coordination:
Night's Feast โ Ingredient Gifting Alliance members can send each other ingredients. If multiple people in your alliance are competing for Night's Feast rankings, coordinate so the ingredient gifting is going to whoever has the best shot at top 10, not spread randomly. A few well-placed ingredient gifts can be the difference between rank 10 and rank 11.
Banquet of Honor โ Alliance Points Every dish you submit earns points for the alliance, not just yourself. This one runs naturally alongside individual play โ you don't need to do anything special, just make sure alliance members know to keep submitting throughout the event window rather than front-loading everything on Day 1 and going quiet.
Post the event end date (March 23, 23:59 UTC) in your alliance chat on Day 1. Players lose track of timers and abandon events early. A reminder on Day 5 or 6 usually brings people back for a final push.
Governor of Hope: The 7-Stage Breakdown
This is the most structured individual event in the festival. Seven stages, each with designated tasks, each with phase rewards. The key thing to know: you don't have to complete all 7 stages to get value. Claim each phase reward as you hit it and don't let completed stages sit unclaimed.
The ranking prizes at the top are separate from the phase milestone rewards โ you get both if you place well. If you're not targeting the leaderboard, just work through the stages at your own pace and collect the milestones.
Kingdom Bites: The Passive Grind
This event is basically "just play Kingshot and get bonus rewards." Four activity types count toward it:
- Gathering resources on the map
- Hunting kingdom Beasts
- Spending gems
- Using speedup items
If you're running a normal active day โ hitting your research queue, doing rally hunts, keeping your gathering marches out โ you're already earning Kingdom Bites progress. The only thing to check is whether there's a daily cap on rewards so you're not leaving points on the table by over-doing one activity.

What the 7-Day Schedule Looks Like
| Day | Focus |
|---|---|
| Day 1 (Mar 17) | Register for Kingdom's Gift draws. Check Blooming Anthem task list. Start Night's Feast cooking. Review Governor of Hope stage 1. |
| Days 2โ5 | Daily login. Cook Daily Specials in Night's Feast. Keep gathering/beast hunts active for Kingdom Bites. Chip through Governor of Hope stages. |
| Day 6 (Mar 22) | Check your Night's Feast ranking if you're competing. Final Blooming Anthem push if tasks are close. |
| Day 7 (Mar 23) | Last cooking submissions before cutoff. Claim all uncollected phase rewards across all events. |
| Mar 24 | Extended activities close โ check in-game for what's still running. |
The anniversary festival isn't complicated โ it's just a lot of events running at once. Log in daily, keep your normal activity going for Kingdom Bites, and if you're in a smaller kingdom, seriously consider going for that Night's Feast top-10 push. The Starry Expanse skin is the kind of reward that only comes around once.
For F2P players looking to get the most from the festival without spending, make sure your daily routine is locked in before the event starts. For the full event list with dates and details, see the 1st Anniversary Festival overview post.
